Part of the Angus Mordecai milieu. Quig is another member of the Entente Marshal Service (read: Interpol) who specializes in computer hacking and stuff. She's pretty much the only one of the five key marshals whose life is close to normal.
In this picture she is chasing after someone who has stolen her shoes.
This picture took me several months, in fact I've been working on it since December at least. Part of that is laziness but also I got a tablet for Christmas and have been using this painting to get used to it. Also I got some very good critique and worked a great deal more on the details than in previous work.
